Jerome Physical Therapy and Wendell Physical Therapy are fully functioning physical therapy and sports medicine clinics. We offer physical therapy services of all types to all of Jerome and Gooding counties. This includes the cities of Wendell, Hagerman, Bliss, Shoshone, and smaller outlying communities. In addition, we specialize in sports medicine, orthopedic care, occupational health, manual therapy, neurological care, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Lon Egbert, DPT, ATC, founded Jerome Physical Therapy in 2006 and has seen it grow to two locations since. The second location was founded as Wendell Physical Therapy in 2016. During his career, Lon was selected to be part of the medical staff as a Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City. Lon was also selected for the World Games and Olympic Trials, prior to the Olympics. In 2007, he was again selected to work at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO and most recently at the 2008 Track and Field Olympic Trials in Eugene, Oregon. He continues to volunteer his time and expertise with local athletes at Jerome and Wendell schools.
Our office continues to emphasize volunteerism in our communities and schools. We recognize the benefit of assisting our community in keeping its members healthy and keeping your health care costs controlled. Our staff looks forward to improving your activities and lifestyle. Please take our slogan seriously for a healthier lifestyle. Get up n’ GO!
